I’ve gone from Typepad (ten years ago) to WordPress self-install (five years ago) to WordPress.com free sites (two years ago) only to come back to WordPress self-install. Mostly for the customization factors. My “free” WordPress.com accounts required additional funds in order to customize ANY of my “free” blogs which, of course, I was not about to do because that’s just dumb when I can install good old-fashioned awesome WordPress. Ahem. So yes. Please bear with me as I customize the hell outta this thing and let everyone enjoy my occasional musings and profanities.

Cheers!
